By using Pinglo, you agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. Pinglo is operated by ASK FOR TASK LTD. You must not post illegal content, impersonate others, or attempt account abuse.

Claims and Verification

Claim actions require verification before full chat mode is unlocked. Users should only share private details needed to verify ownership.

Safety Rules

• Meet in public places when arranging returns.
• Do not share banking credentials or personal ID documents.
• Use in-app report/block tools for suspicious behavior.

Content and Enforcement

We may remove content or limit accounts that violate safety rules, abuse claim flows, or engage in fraud/harassment.

Pinglo provides tools to help users coordinate returns, but cannot guarantee item recovery outcomes between users.
